Last night was quite chilly - we're guessing low to mid 30's. Rebecca was comfortably warm. I got a little cold but was fine once I re-positioned my extra blanket - those things never stay on slippery sleeping bags - but Bob nearly FROZE! (A trip to Walmart later in the day resolved that issue).
By 6:30am it warmed up to a balmy 43F. A cup of hot coffee never smelled or tasted so good.
Westward ho...

The colors are amazing
Today brought a huge range in geology, topography, scenery and temperature. So far this day has the greatest temperature extremes experienced on this trip - about 50 degrees from coldest to hottest in one day (low 30's in the early morning and low to mid 80's in the afternoon).
We caught up to a rain storm so we found a motel room in Salt Lake City.
This gave opportunity to do laundry, showers, charge up electric devices and have internet access to update the blog. Good night.
I'm so jealous sitting in my office right now. Again, great photos...like the ones with your rigs in them, looks like a great trip so far. I can't believe you're already in Utah and by the time you read this you'll be almost to the west coast I bet! We prayed for you at board check this morning, keep rolling safe and sound!

The color scheme between yours and bobs is different , I just figured out bobs and looked at his posts . Wasnt sure if he was posting yet .. Cool pics from both .. Lori is attentive to both , she has links on her phone .. we both keep ck'ng back for updates ... I was looking @ trailers last night .. miss u guys all 3 of you !!
